Xmas at this hotel was enjoyable. the location of the hotel was convenient since we could explore the surrounding area. We were the only guests at the hotel, which made us feel exclusive. the staff was friendly; Rita & Romolo made our stay more comfortable. the hotel provides the chance to know about the surrounding area's history. We did not like that the hotel's restaurant was closed during our stay, giving us limited options for dining. during our off-season stay, the town was quiet, and there were fewer activities, so not much going on.

Rita & Romolo's hospitality, unique experience being the only guests, fun dining alone, charming town with rich history.
Cannot find any fault.

We had a great time at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. It was easy to find parking. The location was stunning, in the heart of the mountains.
Nothing for us.

The location of this hotel was really convenient for our romantic escape. We were close to many key attractions that we wanted to see. The staff was friendly, especially Rita, and we enjoyed some of the history of the town. We also liked that we were the only ones at the hotel during our stay, which gave it a special feel.
Our overall experience wasn't as great as we had hoped. The hotel lacked certain amenities that we were expecting, and the staff seemed to be unprepared for our visit.

This hotel is located in a beautiful mountain town with an interesting WWII history. the owners are friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. Our private dinner was a unique experience. the room was small and the bathroom was outdated. the breakfast was basic and the view from the window was limited. the facilities were also limited with no gym or pool.
Sadly, the hotel lacked modern amenities.
